How to clear a warrant

  1. Pay online for the total amount at Pay a Citation / Warrant (email verification required).
  2. Or go to the Municipal Courthouse at 102 W. Watova, Talala, OK 74080, any weekday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  3. Ask to speak with the Court Clerk, Janelle Emert.
  4. Make payment or request to be added onto the next docket. The Judge will determine if and how you can clear your warrant.

If you know where someone with a warrant is located, contact your local police department or law enforcement agency — not Town Hall or the Court Clerk. Do not call the Town of Talala about someone else’s warrant. Town staff can only help the person named on a Talala municipal warrant with clearing their own matter.
